Please fill out the event program information and order form attached, or submit your information online at the event website. Pictures should be submitted via email; please see the form for more information. You can purchase an event program in advance by filling in the appropriate section of the form and submitting your payment

As adult skaters, many of you have volunteered
for these events in the past, and realize how important and fun it
is to help the host organization. Please complete the attached volunteer
form as soon as you know when it is that you will be skating. We appreciate
any time that you have to help us make this a great event. We are
also planning a little surprise for those who volunteer at our event.

•SOCIAL ICE DANCE FORM On Sunday, following the close of competition, a social ice dance will be held from 9:00am-12:00am at Bloomington Ice Gardens. The cost is 30.00/person. This event is also open to dancers who are not registered for the competition.
•PROGRAM ADVERTISING FORM If you, your company, or your figure skating club would like to advertise in the 2010 U.S Adult Championship program, please submit the event program advertising form with payment. Good Luck ads for skating friends are also available. See the form for details
•AUDREY WEISIGER ADULT SEMINAR REGISTRATION FORM On Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m., Audrey will be hosting an Adult Seminar at Bloomington Ice Garden. If you have not heard about Audrey Weisiger, and her G2C seminars, please visit her website , G2C Grassroots to Champions. (www.grassrootstochampions.com). These seminars are based on on- ice exercises which emphasize the strong development of edges, balance and posture in order to achieve your maximum potential on the ice. The G2C techniques apply to all levels of skating, from basic spins and footwork to triple and quad jumps. Please see the attached form.
