On Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m., Audrey will be hosting an Adult Seminar at Bloomington Ice Garden. If you have not heard about Audrey Weisiger, and her G2C seminars, please visit her website, G2C Grassroots to Champions (www.grassrootstochampions.com). These seminars are based on on-ice exercises which emphasize the strong development of edges, balance and posture in order to achieve your maximum potential on the ice. The G2C techniques apply to all levels of skating, from basic spins and footwork to triple and quad jumps. Please see the attached form.
