REGISTRATION FOR AN 2010 COMPETITION ENDED ON JANUARY 15TH
Registration for special events continues until individual events' deadlines.
ATTENTION: www.USFSAaonline.org registration forms are labeled as QUALIFYING FORMS , but please use it for both qualifying and non-qualifying events.
Online electronic registration
(Required). Online registration is the ONLY method available
for entry into the qualifying (Championship) events of the 2010 USFSA
qualifying competition season. To enter online into the 2010 adult
qualifying competition season, proceed in the following
manner:
1 Log on to www.USFSAaonline.org.
2 Input your username and password.
- Your username is your USFSA membership
number.
- If you do not already have a password, go to www.USFSAaonline.org
first and follow the online instructions. If you are experiencing
difficulty with online registration, please call the USFSA main number
at 719.635.5200, or e-mail the USFSA member services department at
memberservices@usfigureskating.org.
The entry deadline for the 2010 U.S. Adult Championship is 11:59 p.m.,
Jan. 15, 2010. The time zone of your home club (members affiliated
with a club) or your primary address (individual member) will determine
the entry deadline. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DEADLINE.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Age requirements must be met by Jan. 15, 2010.
Test requirements must also be met by Jan. 15, 2010. Provisional entries
based on passing a test after the closing date of entries will not
be accepted. Please refer to USFSA Rules 3107, 3108 and 3109 for further
testing information and guidelines. Skaters may NOT test the next
higher level after the close of entries.

A. METHOD

B. DEADLINES

H. PAYMENT
Online payment via credit card is the ONLY accepted form of payment.
All withdrawals are considered final after a skater has entered.
Once withdrawn, a
skater may not re-enter, even if the withdrawal occurs prior to the
entry deadline on
