  • PSA rated Registered Moves and Certified Freestyle

  •  Coached Minnesota State Champions & medalists, regional & Jr. National competitiors

  • Choreographer for US National, Canadian National, Jr. Grand Prix and Jr. World champions / medalists

  •  Successfully coached skaters from basic skills through USFS Senior Level test

GUEST COACH APPLICATION

To become a guest coach at FSC Bloomington, please fill out the Guest Coach Agreement below and email to our Board President and Board Secretary. Please include proof of liability insurance and a copy of your USFSA and PSA credentials along with the completed and signed agreement. Please indicate the dates that you are requesting and number of students you will have. 

Forms must be submitted a minimum of one week before to the President and Secretary before your planned time on FSCB ice. Thank you for your interest.
